Custom Duties & Taxes

• All prices displayed on the IKYRA website and mobile app for customers in India are inclusive of applicable Indian taxes and VAT.
• No additional duties or taxes will be charged to customers upon delivery.
• IKYRA and our delivery partners will never ask customers to make additional payments for GST, VAT, or other taxes through unofficial links, emails, or messages.
• Please do not click on links or respond to messages requesting such payments.

Order Delivery

• The estimated delivery time for each product is mentioned on the respective product page.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on whether the product is:

• Ready-To-Ship (RTS)
• Made-To-Order (MTO)
• Home Production (HP)

Remote Or Difficult-To-Reach Locations

• Remote or difficult-to-reach locations may require additional delivery time.
• Delivery dates may also vary depending on the selected size, as certain sizes may be categorized as Made-to-Order (MTO).

Change in Shipping Address

Shipping Availability

• We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide.
• International orders are shipped from our warehouses in India through international courier partners, depending on the destination.

Shipping Charges

• US Orders: A flat shipping fee of $16.75 applies.
• Other International Orders: Shipping charges vary depending on the destination country. Please refer to the shipping charges displayed at the bottom of the website for applicable rates.

Customs & Import Duties

• International orders may be subject to customs duties, import duties, taxes, and additional express shipping charges depending on the destination country.
• These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and cannot be calculated in advance by IKYRA.
• If customs duties or other charges are applicable, they will be the customer's responsibility.
• Our courier partners may assist with customs clearance and delivery. Any applicable customs charges must be paid before the shipment can be released for delivery.
• Once the required customs charges are cleared, the shipment will be released and delivered to the provided address.

Once your order is successfully placed:

• An order confirmation message with your order number will appear on the screen.
• You will also receive an order confirmation email.
• If there is an issue processing your order, our team will contact you directly or notify you by email.
• The confirmation email will include a “View Order Status” option, which you can use to check your order information.

Once your order has been shipped:

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email.
• The email will include the courier partner's name and tracking/AWB number.
• You can use the tracking number on the courier partner's official website or app, where available.

• All IKYRA products are insured from the time they leave our warehouse until delivery.
• Once the package is marked as delivered or signed for at the delivery address, the insurance coverage no longer applies.
• If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please contact IKYRA Customer Support within 24 hours of receiving the order.
