If a prepaid order is cancelled by IKYRA Designs, the applicable amount will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.

9. Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched, subject to the order status and our Cancellation Policy. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

10. Payment Terms

IKYRA Designs may provide payment options including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery, depending on availability. Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment gateways.

IKYRA Designs does not intentionally store complete payment-card credentials such as CVV.

11. Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer. Delivery timelines displayed on the website are estimated and may vary based on destination, courier availability and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact number.

12. Return & Exchange

Returns and exchanges will be governed by IKYRA Designs' Return & Exchange Policy. Products eligible for return/exchange should generally be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and accompanied by original tags and packaging, subject to the applicable policy and consumer rights.
